The fact that we live here is the prime indicator of how much we love this town. Mountains, salt-water, walking trails everywhere, with a working harbor (world-famous wooden boatyard and twelve lobsterboats) that Charles Kurault once called “the most perfect small harbor in America.” He was right.

We are across the street from three great restaurants, and all of a one-minute walk to the harbor. We have put together a local resources reference sheet that we are happy to share; if you are coming by boat let us know well in advance and we can almost always arrange a mooring or dock space.

Here are just a handful of images of where we live, work and play.
